What is the Festival Foods 10th Annual Turkey Trot?

The Turkey Trot is a fantastic way to burn calories with friends and family before you devour pumpkin pie on Thanksgiving Day. Details below are for the 2017 event, check back for updated information each year!

This energizing and fun event offers a 5 mile run and a 2 mile run/walk, held on Thursday, November 23rd, 2017, starting at 8:00 am at Shopko Hall. All participants receive long sleeve t-shirt and a personal size “Upper Crust” pie, with proceeds benefiting The Boys & Girls Club and the Y.

Don't leave your furry friend at home! There will also be a Dog Jog, a separate group for just dogs and their humans, and will start at approximately 8:15 am.

Whether you walk, run or volunteer it is a great event for your entire family! Early bird registration ends Tuesday, October 31st and the registration fee goes up November 1st.

Vounteer!

Want to be a part of the event but don’t feel like walking or running? VOLUNTEER! We need help November 22nd from 1:30 - 6:00 pm handing out t-shirts and on Thanksgiving Day distributing t-shirts, stocking the food/beverage table, handing out pies or helping at the water station on the course. Volunteers will receive a free Festival Foods Turkey Trot shirt.

The Turkey Trot is held on Thanksgiving Day in Appleton, Coulee Region (they renamed the LaCrosse one) Eau Claire, Fond Du Lac, Green Bay, Janesville, Madison, Manitowoc, Marshfield and Oshkosh!
