3-4 YEAR OLD GYM
PE – Encourage your child’s independence through playful games and activities that teach cooperation, physical coordination, and listening skills.
SPORTS – Basic skill development of seasonal sports uses small steps to ensure success. Participants will practice ball handling and basic rules of the game.
5-6 YEAR OLD GYM
PE - Challenge your child’s imagination and endurance through games and activities designed to get your child moving!
SPORTS - Expand your knowledge and skills in a seasonal sport. This class teaches more advanced skills, positions, and rules of the game.
Learn to think on your feet and play a
parents vs. kids game on the last day.
SWIM
New! For Spring! 2 ½ - 3 YEAR OLD SWIM
Goldfish swim - Goldfish is an introduction to the 3-4 year old swim lessons. Water games, songs and fun are emphasized in this water adaptation class. ** This class is without parent.
Prerequisite: must have taken a parent/child class prior to enrollment.

DANCE
3-4 YEAR OLD DANCE
Ballet, Tap and Jazz - Introduction to the art of
dance focusing
on the basics of ballet, tap and jazz.
Develop and enhance gross motor skills,
listening skills, and positive peer interaction.
Classes include fun and easy dance steps
that change each session.
Music and props are used to
build coordination and self-esteem.
The last day of class is an informal
observation day.
5-6 YEAR OLD DANCE
Ballet, Tap and Jazz - Learn the basic techniques
and names for tap, ballet, and jazz dance steps.
Special emphasis is placed on
proper body placement,
learning steps to music, and having fun.

GYMNASTICS
3-4 YEAR OLD GYMNASTICS
Learn the basics of all four gymnastics events: vault, bars, beam, and floor. Throughout the year, your child will increase in strength, flexibility, coordination, and self-confidence while they tumble, swing and have fun!
5-6 YEAR OLD GYMNASTICS
Continue to grow in your gymnastic skills and work on more refined movements on all four events. No prior gymnastics experience necessary.
