Helping Incredible Kids Learn and Grow Full Circle

Full Circle is a recreational program for youth ages 3-14 years diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other Sensory Processing Challenges.

The goal of our Full Circle program is to provide recreational programs and health wellness opportunities for children with unique needs. Kids and teens in the year-long program will have the opportunity to participate in a “full circle” of programs designed for success in areas of their physical, social and emotional well-being. Existing Y youth programs have been modified to accommodate sensory needs and are led by a team of Y staff trained to work with our Full Circle curriculum and participants. Our hope is that these extraordinary kids and families will realize the fun and benefits of Y programs in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Our Full Circle Team

Full Circle programs are facilitated by a team of Y Staff. The Full Circle Coordinator works closely with each family from the point of the initial interview throughout the year-long program to ensure a fun, positive and successful experience for all.

Our instructors were chosen because of their experience and success in teaching youth classes, as well as their strengths in areas such as patience, compassion and a desire to make a positive impact upon our youth. They participate in training about Autism Spectrum Disorder and strategies for leading activities tailored to a child’s unique needs.

We Welcome All

YMCA Membership is not required for participation. Space in Full Circle is limited.

We are all about family and we understand that you share in your child’s journey, so we welcome the families of our Full Circle program to enjoy family engagement programs throughout the child’s year in the program.
