Teen Programs at the Y

There are many opportunities for teens to get active and involved at the Y! From Y Night to Power Zone to quality programs like youth sports, group exercise and gymnastics. With four Green Bay YMCA camps, there are also opportunities for teen leadership at camp.


Teen Adventure Program
The Teen Adventure Program at the Y is for youth ages 11-14 and is run at Franklin Middle School during the summer. The program runs Monday-Friday from 7 am to 6 pm from June 16 - August 20, 2014. Each week has a theme, a fun adventure activity, as well as career exploration opportunites, volunteering and more!

Teen Leadership at Camp
There are many opportunities to be a Teen Leader at our four Green Bay YMCA camps. Families, schools and communities all need great leaders! Develop real world skills in an awesome camp setting while meeting new friends, gaining great experience and enjoying the rewards of helping to make summer camp a success for everyone.

Y Night
Friday nights are all about teens at the Y! Join us for Y Night every Friday night throughout the school year at any of our 4 YMCAs. Activities during Y Night include swimming, playing in the gym and hanging out with friends. Plus, each and every week there are new activities that are led by fun Y staff. Crazy games, amazing races, yoga, sport tournaments, duct tape art work and more.

Y Zone
Y Zone is all about hanging out with friends and making new ones! Play games, do a craft or play active video games all while being supervised by a Y staff member in the Y Zone. Open to ages 7-13. Check the Youth & Family Schedule for dates and times to head to the Zone!

Power Zone
Power Zone is for Y members ages 8-13. It is an active and fun filled time that is supervised by a Y staff member. The dates and times we offer Power Zone varies by YMCA location, so make sure to check the Youth & Family Schedule. Check with the Member Service Desk for where the excitement is and they will point you in the right direction. Be ready and dressed for energy and action as activities might include group games, sports, teambuilding activities, tournaments, kickball and more!


Teens can also get involved in our Youth Sports programs, Swim Team, Gymnastics program, or take a Group Exercise class (ages 14+). There is always something for teens to do at the Y!
