Q: I'm a current Y Member and have not set up an online account in the new system. Can I just create a new account?

A: We do not recommend setting up a new account as this will create a duplicate record that will not be associated with your existing account. For detailed instructions on syncing your membership, visit our Create My Online Account page and click the Connect My Membership option.

Q: What can I do in online account management?

A: Manage My Account allows you to sign up for programs, change your billing information, edit your contact information and keep a track of your account information.

Q: I am not a Y member, but I want to sign up for Y programs. How do I do that online?

A: To sign up for programs, you'll first need to create a Y online account. When setting up your account, first select your branch, then choose the "Non-Member" account type if you wish to purchase programs without becoming a full-facility member. For detailed instructions, visit our Create My Online Account page and click the Non-Member Account option.

Q: I was once a Y member, but I have since rejoined and need to set up an online account. How do I do that?

A: If your Y information is up-to-date with your center, then you will need to sync your online account. You'll need the following information to Create My Online Account:

  • Your last name, date of birth and the ZIP code of the home address the YMCA has on file for your existing account.
  • The email address currently associated with your YMCA account.

Q: I was once a Y member, but I would like to rejoin online. How do I do that?

A: Contact your local Y during our Business Services Hours to rejoin and update your information, then visit our Create My Online Account page and click the Connect My Membership option.

Q: Can I add members to my account or change my membership type?

A: Members can add non-active members to their account through Manage My Account (you may want to do so to enroll your child in a Y program if they are not on your membership). Members can make modifications to their membership type by visiting any one of our Y locations during our Business Services Hours.

Q: Can I make modifications to my draft date?

A: You can change where we draft your membership fees from in Manage My Account, but to change your draft date you must stop by one of our local Ys during our Business Services Hours.

Financial Assistance & Online Registration
Our new system is not currently able to auto-apply financial assistance to program fees or memberships when recipients register online. Those eligible for program scholarships and financial assistance through Membership For All will need to register in-person or over the phone in order to receive the adjusted rate at the time of payment. We apologize for this inconvenience.
