Before you dive into the Thanksgiving feast, why not kickstart your day with a heart-pounding workout at the YMCA? Our group exercise classes are designed to get your blood pumping, burn some calories, and leave you feeling energized and ready to enjoy that turkey and all the fixings guilt-free!

Broadview YMCA - Start your Thanksgiving morning at Broadview YMCA with a dynamic group exercise class that'll have you breaking a sweat. Check out their schedule for the perfect class to get your day off to a fantastic start!

East Side YMCA - The East Side YMCA has a line-up of classes that'll get your heart racing and your muscles working. Join in for an invigorating workout that will help you stay fit and motivated on this special day.
- 7:00am: Les Mills BODYPUMP
- 7:30am: Performance Cycling
- 7:30am: Yoga
The Ridge YMCA - The Ridge YMCA offers a variety of group exercise classes, perfect for those looking to elevate their energy levels before indulging in Thanksgiving treats. Get ready to work up a sweat and have a blast!
- 8:15am: Turkey Day Tabata
- 9:30am: Thankful Flow Yoga
West Side YMCA - Over at the West Side YMCA, you can choose from a selection of classes to help you feel great before your big Thanksgiving meal. Whether you prefer cardio, strength training, or a mix of both, they've got you covered!

Ferguson Family YMCA
