Bill and Lori have been with the Y for decades now, volunteering on various committees that provide support to members of the community.
“The Y has always been a big part of our lives and will always continue to be. We volunteer for the Y because we know the difference it has made in our lives and want to make sure others have that same opportunity!”
When not playing racquet ball, Bill served on the Finance Committee for over 30 years (1987-2020), was a YMCA Board member for 9 years, and was a campaigner for the Annual Campaign as well as a Capital Campaign; Bill's involvement provided funds that assisted in providing life-changing programming to community families.
Lori grew up at the Y in Sheboygan and was on the swim team at age 6, serving as a camp counselor during her high school and college summers. Lori serves on the YMCA Golf Committee where all proceeds help area children experience YMCA camp. She has been on the committee for 15 years and helps secure sponsors, golfers and auction prizes.
