The YMCA has led community-based health and fitness programs for people of all ages, incomes and abilities for more than a century! Do you want to make healthy changes in your life? Do you want more strength and energy to do the things that are important to you? We want you to feel good! Our philosophy is to provide an environment which supports the healthy changes you want to make.

We know that staying healthy involves more than working out and at the Y, we address wellness in spirit, mind, and body. Our programs and services focus on the entire family's health, while providing a variety of fitness and wellness programs to serve a person's unique needs. The Greater Green Bay YMCA provides programs including land and water exercise classes for people and families of all ages, wellness workshops, nutrition services, personalized training programs, non-competitive youth sports leagues and social opportunities for seniors and families.

Participation in YMCA programs offers you opportunities for friendship and community, a sense of well-being, increased self-confidence and improved mental abilities. We are helping you live better at the Y!
