Foreverwell Interior

Join ForeverWell for socializing and active fun! Our ForeverWell programs are designed for men and women in their 50s and older. We encourage everyone to grow in the areas of physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being. Our ForeverWell exercise classes promote fitness and well-being while fostering friendships and camaraderie. Our volunteer opportunities and social events help build lasting relationships and community ties that last a lifetime. Contact the Group Exercise Coordinator at a location near you and join in on the fun. 


ForeverWell Classes

These are free classes for members only. You'll see on our schedule that ForeverWell classes are notated by the class name. ForeverWell Cardio Strength  ages 14+ 

The perfect mix of standing strength and cardio exercises to give a well-rounded, full body, workout with no impact on joints.


ForeverWell Chair Strength  ages 14+

A class focused on strength training designed to increase muscular strength/endurance, range of movement and activities for daily living. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support.


ForeverWell Chair Yoga  ages 14+

Safely perform a variety of yoga poses designed to increase flexibility, balance & range of movement with chair support. Restorative breathing & relaxation.


ForeverWell Line Dancing  ages 14+

Dance to choreographed routines in a fun social setting without a dance partner.

ForeverWell Intro to Line Dancing also offered. This class is for the beginner; those who have taken little or no previous line dancing classes. An introduction to the various steps will be taught and you will learn simple line dances to grow your ability.


ForeverWell Joint Movement  ages 14+ 

A warm water class that focuses on relieving joint pain through range of motion, gentle stretching, balance and postural awareness.


ForeverWell Waterworks  ages 14+ 

Fun, shallow-water exercise to improve agility, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. A variety of equipment is used to improve strength, balance and coordination with little to no impact on joints.


Join our ForeverWell 10+ Club!

Are you looking for a little extra motivation to come to the Y and stay active? Then the ForeverWell 10+ Club is for you! Pick up a punch card from the front desk, and get your card punched every time you scan in at the Y. Once you have 10 punches, your card will be entered into a drawing for a $10 gift certificate! One or two winners will be drawn at each center at the first Coffee Time of the month. Feel free to stop in or call for more details.
