Group Exercise at the Y!
Each week, the Y offers 100s of group exercise classes (land and water) at our four locations including cycling, kickboxing, step, Zumba® and more! As a benefit to our members, these classes are included with your Y membership (unless otherwise indicated). View our Group Exercise Class Descriptions for an overview of all our value-added classes.
In addition to the group exercise options mentioned, the Y has also partnered with Mossa and launched multiple pre-choreographed group programs including Active Together, Balance & Flex Together, Core Focus Together, Cycle (30) Together, Defend Together and Strength Train Together. Led by Certified Instructors, the Y is proud to deliver high quality group programming for a consistent experience no matter which of our four locations you choose to attend class at. Fresh routines/choreography and new energizing music launched every twelve weeks keeps things lively!
We also invite you to join our Member Fitness Challenges! Whether you prefer to walk, swim or cycle, we have a club with a fitness challenge for you! Choose your favorite way to move at any Green Bay YMCA Center, track and earn prizes between January 1 - December 31, 2017.
