Group Exercise at the Y!

Each week, the Y offers 100s of land and water group exercise classes at our four locations including cycling, kickboxing, step, Zumba®, yoga and more! As a benefit to our members, these classes are included with your Y membership.

MOSSA Group Exercise
In addition to the group exercise options mentioned, the Y has also partnered with Mossa and launched multiple pre-choreographed group programs including Active Together, Balance & Flex Together, Core Focus Together, Cycle (30) Together, Defend Together and Strength Train Together. Led by Certified Instructors, the Y is proud to deliver high quality group programming for a consistent experience no matter which of our four locations you choose to attend class at. New choreography and energizing music launched every twelve weeks keeps things fresh!
