Zumba® combines high energy and motivating Latin and International music with unique moves that are fun and easy to do. Classes are designed to utilize an interval training format, combining various rhythms with movements that tone and sculpt the body. The Zumba® instructors will show you moves and combinations you can use to improve your cardio workout, strength, balance and rhythm.

Classes are for all fitness levels, ages 14+. Wear athletic shoes and comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely. Ditch the workout, join the Zumba® party at the Y! Family Zumba® (Ages 6-13 with a parent)
The Green Bay Y also offers Family Zumba®! Enjoy a cardio dance party appropriate for all ages.
