I have enjoyed and been involved in fitness my whole life, from basketball, track and field, and volleyball, to rugby, running, kickboxing, and coaching. I have taught group fitness for over 15 years.
I believe in the compound effect. As you put in the small work daily, you can achieve great things! I love getting to know each person to find out what is motivating and important to them. Our minds and bodies work together for ultimate success. I believe that goals can be achieved when we work hard and believe in our abilities. It just takes the right motivation and drive. I love to help people work hard, have fun, and keep moving!
MY PASSION FOR FITNESS COMES FROM:
Health and fitness has always been a huge part of my life. It motivates me to coach others and watch growth occur as goals are set and exceeded. When I started running hurdles in track, I set the goal to make it to the state track meet by my senior year. Keeping that goal in mind for 6 years helped me put the work in each day to reach my goal! That competition and passion for succeeding is what I try to pass on to my clients.
MY FAVORITE TRAINING TOOL
I love getting the heart rate up with a strong cardio, such as Group Blast! For strength, I love the kettlebell.

I love coaching my kids’ sports teams or just playing sports with them at home.I love to read, bake, garden, and spend time with friends. There’s always a dance party with music at home when spending time with my family!
