Endurance and circuit training. I want to support people from all fitness levels attain their wellness goals.
My education from UWSP and experiences in the wellness field; I have built an expertise to help clients with many different abilities.
I encourage intrinsic motivation when working with a client. The goal is to make exercise part of an individual’s lifestyle and not a chore that is to be done daily. I strive to help a client find which exercises they can build into their healthy lifestyle and then assist them in developing internal motivation.
MY PASSION FOR FITNESS COMES FROM:
My interest and passion in exercise started with long distance running. I have been running for over 10 years having completed 5k, 10k, half marathons, full marathons, and trail runs. Eventually, I started seeing deficiencies in other aspects of my physical health from the lack of variety in my training. This is where my interest in other forms of exercise originated. Variety and circuit training! I enjoy combining a variety of movements to make exercise both fun and challenging.

I enjoy spending time outdoors and with family. In the warm months I like to go camping, read, and fish; and in the colder months I enjoy winter sports such as skiing and broomball.
