AREA OF SPECIALTY:
I love to work with clients of any fitness level and help them achieve their goals. I use a variety of tools to create fun and exciting workouts while getting results members want.
I have been with the Green Bay Y since 2003, a certified personal trainer since 2011 and instructing TRX since 2012. You can find me instructing stability and mobility, cycling, small groups and working one on one with awesome clients. I have worked with clients ranging from 15 yrs to 75 yrs.
I motivate my clients with patience and understanding. I understand the struggles to lose weight, finding time to exercise and healthy eating.
MY PASSION FOR FITNESS COMES FROM:
At age 6 I became a competitive swimmer and started downhill skiing at age 7. At 16 I joined my first gym and started doing group classes. Exercise and fitness is an essential part of my lifestyle and I love to share that with my clients.

I grew up in Las Vegas and have lived in 7 states and 2 countries.
