AREA OF SPECIALTY:
I love small circuits that get the heart pumping, blood flowing, and calories burning. My workouts are best for clients with focused goals around proper movement mechanics, muscular strength/endurance, and weight loss.
I have been involved and interested in fitness my entire adult life and have been working in the health and wellness community since 2008. I began my personal training career while living in Washington, DC where I worked with clients indoors and outdoors around the Georgetown area. Since 2015 I have been implementing personal training programs for clients within the Green Bay YMCA.
I believe in functional training: push, pull, press, squat, lunge and hinge. Movements you use in everyday life that can be transferred through multiple exercise modalities. Motivation comes through goal setting, challenging and creative programs, and continued progress; with the overall goal being an active lifestyle.
MY PASSION FOR FITNESS COMES FROM:
As a teenager I was involved in a traumatic car accident. Recovery through rehabilitation supplied me with a healthy respect and appetite for exercise and wellness. Helping others find their path to a healthy lifestyle inspires and motivates me in my career.
MY PROUDEST MOMENT WITH A CLIENT:
I have a client who was trying to get pregnant for the last 2 years and needed to lose weight to be eligible for a preferred infertility program. We started working together and within 6 months she was healthier, lighter, and got pregnant naturally. Helping her find her way to a healthier lifestyle through goal setting and hard work made it all worth it.

FUN FACT ABOUT ME:
In 2017 I completed a 7 day backpacking trip in the Grand Canyon (Rim to Rim to Rim).
