MX4 How Fit Are You Challenge

Have you ever wondered how strong, fast or fit you really are? Our Certified Personal Trainers have developed 5 challenges* to test your strength, endurance and cardiovascular fitness levels to see just how fit you really are! 

Challenge 1    1 Mile (Run/Walk)
Challenge 2 Bench Press
Challenge 3  Isolated Chin-Up
Challenge 4 Isolated Oblique Hold
Challenge 5 MX4 WOD Timed Challenge
(row, squats, knee raises, push ups, pull ups)

Once you’ve evaluated your fitness join our 8 Week MX4 Training Program and re-evaluate your initial results. During this 8 Week Challenge we will push you to be in the best shape of your life and your weaknesses will become your strengths.

This challenge comes just in time to get in shape for summer, which is right around the corner.

January Goal Getter  

The 8-week January Goal Getter Program is designed to help you reach your goals for the New Year!

Here’s how it works: Schedule your first check-in with your trainer between January 1 – January 26, 2019 to set your SMART goal. Meet with your Personal Trainer between March 3 – March 23, 2019 to evaluate your success! Achieve your Smart Goal and RECEIVE:

The Goal Getter Program is open to all personal training clients, new and current. You do not have to buy a new package if you have current sessions left. Participants must work out with their trainer at least 1x per week for the duration of the program to be eligible for prizes.

Congratulations to Greta for winning 6 months of FREE MX4 Unlimited Training by losing the largest percentage of weight in the 8-week Ultimate Physique MX4 Transformation Challenge*!

Greta crushed it with a total loss of 18.2 pounds by training with MX4 with a YMCA Certified Personal a minimum of 2 times per week. Greta tells us the MX4 challenge brought her in and kept her coming, the training kept her challenged and accountable each week, and she has built so much strength from MX4!

Though Greta won the challenge, eleven people stayed committed to the end and weighed out. Nine people achieved a weight loss, totaling 84.6 pounds! That’s a total loss of 4.32% in 8 weeks. Amazing results!
