Financial assistance is available if cost is a barrier for your family. No child is ever turned away from a program or opportunity because of an inability to pay. Please note this on your online registration form and a Y team member will contact you to discuss financial assistance.

Payments are drafted automatically on the 1st or 15th of the month, or each Monday. You will provide your preference when completing the follow-up registration forms.

Registration will open at noon on Wednesday, August 19th. It will only be accepted online through our registration system. Please note that you will need to create a Daxko account with the Green Bay YMCA if you have not already done so.

Once your spot is secured, you will receive an email with additional forms regarding your student and payment options. Please complete those and return to the Y Learning Academy/Child Care office as instructed in your email.

If spots fill on your chosen location, please complete the initial registration process to be placed on the waiting list. We will contact you should a spot open for your child.

Your child’s safety is our top priority and we have implemented practices and protocols in accordance with guidance from the CDC, Department of Health Services, Department of Children & Families and Brown County Public Health Department. These will be reviewed in your family handbook and the virtual orientation, as well as taught to your students when they arrive.

We will practice the following health and wellness steps, among others that will be shared in the family handbook;

  • Masks are required of all program participants and staff members. The exception to this is while swimming during afterschool club time.
  • Proper handwashing and sanitizing of hands, spaces and supplies will be done frequently thoughout the day.
  • Group sizes will be limited so as to allow for appropriate physical distancing.
  • Staff are screened for their temperature daily and respond to health screening questions.
  • Participants are asked health screening questions upon check-in.

As always, if someone is not feeling well or exhibiting signs of illness, they will be asked to stay home.
