Boys Night Out
Boys Night Out
Take a journey with us as we embark on the Boys Night Out Program!
Boys Night Out (BNO) is a 7-week Y program designed for 5th grade boys. This program is available to any 5th grade boy interested in making new friends, learning new skills and having a whole lot of fun along the way. Boys Night Out is led by Y staff and adult college-aged male volunteers. The program is offered at our West Side and East Side Ys starting each Fall.
Each week, our boys will develop new skills, engage in a fun physical activity, and develop great relationships! We will discover topics like healthy decision making, social skills, and how to work well with others. Each week we will be doing fun activities that involve important core values that each boy should embrace. We will also incorporate fun physical activities that will get the guys moving, like Parkour and Self Defense. At the end of the program we will have an optional overnight trip to YMCA Camp U-Nah-Li-Ya.
