CHILD WATCH

Free with your Adult + Child or Household membership!

Our Child Watch gives you the opportunity to leave your children in a clean, caring, and safe environment while you work out. Child care providers will make your child's stay fun and entertaining. Parents/caregivers must remain in the facility while utilizing the Child Watch services and your child's visit is limited to 2 hours/day. Child Watch is designed for children ages 6 weeks to 7 years old. Older children are welcome, but please remember the environment is for younger children.

 

Child Watch Guidlines

As of June 15, 2020, our Child Watch service is free to Y members. The child must be a Y member (household, youth, or adult + child) to use Child Watch.

Healthy Environment

  • If your child is demonstrating any signs of cold or flu symptoms, please keep them home until they are symptom-free for at least 72 hours without the use of medication.

Reservations & Group Size

  • Child Watch is based on a first come, first serve basis.
  • Reservations are required ONLY for infants ages 6 weeks until stable walking. There will be 4 reservation slots available per hour for infants, with up to two hours per day in Child Watch. To make your infants reservation, please visit our schedules page, download our app, or call your YMCA branch.

Check In and Check Out

  • The check-in process will be “touchless” with staff using the reservation roster and electronic check-in and check-out of children in Child Watch.

Reservations
