If you’re ready to take things up a notch, check out our Contact Boxing Pop-Up Classes at the Y. These sessions are designed for teens and adults who want to challenge themselves and build confidence while learning essential boxing techniques.

Led by experienced coaches, Contact Boxing covers stance, footwork, punches, and defense—all in a safe environment. No prior experience is required—just bring your determination, and we’ll provide the gear. Gloves are required and included in registration, making it simple to jump right in.
