LIVESTRONG at the YMCA
LIVESTRONG at the YMCA is a physical activity and well-being program designed to help adult cancer survivors achieve their holistic health goals. Using traditional exercise methods to ease you back into fitness and help you maintain a healthy weight.
Stay Strong is a free opportunity for LIVESTRONG at the YMCA alumni to continue their wellness journey with the friends they have made, and focuses on building strength, endurance, and friendships.
Walk with Ease
The Arthritis Foundation Walk with Ease Program is a 6 week exercise program that can reduce pain and improve overall health. If you can be on your feet for 10 minutes without increased pain, you can have success with Walk with Ease.
