INNOVATION CHALLENGE
Innovate. Do Good. Change Lives.
The Innovation Challenge invites Greater Green Bay YMCA staff from all levels and departments to share bold ideas that bring new programming and services to our organization. This is your chance to pitch a concept that could shape the future of the Y, and receive support to help bring it to life!
New this year, we have added the opportunity for staff to submit ideas to improve on existing programs or services, or share ideas you think will make the Green Bay YMCA more fiscally responsible by suggesting ways our organization can run more efficiently and cost effective.
Who Can Participate?
Any Greater Green Bay YMCA staff member, full-time or part-time, is encouraged to participate. Whether you’re on the front lines or behind the scenes, your voice and ideas matter.
Bonus Incentives
Throughout the phases of the Innovation Challenge, there will be opportunities to earn spot bonus incentives for your creativity, collaboration, and contributions — another great reason to get involved!
