Our gymnastics class levels just got a makeover! The newly designed stages were created with each gymnast in mind to create a smooth process that builds upon the last in order to produce the most confident, well-rounded gymnast. To better understand the best fit for your gymnast, we’ve created a guide to help you decide.

Gymnastics Classes
If you’re looking for classes lasting 7 weeks that will build strength, agility, and confidence, then this is the place for you! Classes are divided into stages A - F.

Stage A: Child with Adult Gymnastics
1 – 2 Years
No prerequisite required.
Explore the beginnings of gymnastics as a parent-child duo. This program is great for toddlers working on muscle coordination and confidence. Spotting techniques will also be introduced.  

Stage B: Gymnastics 
 3- 4 Years
No prerequisite.  
The gymnast will increase skills in strength, flexibility, coordination, and self-confidence while they tumble, swing, and have fun. Participants will be introduced to the basics of all four gymnastics events: vault, bars, beam, and floor.

Stage C: Gymnastics
4 - 5 Years 
Prerequisite: Stage B skills required. 
Continue to develop skills as more time is spent working on technique, strength, and confidence. Achieve mastery of skills like cartwheels, front support and casting, and walking on beam.

Stage D: Beginner Gymnastics
6 - 13 Years
No prerequisite. 
Gain confidence and strength by learning basic gymnastics skills in this introductory gymnastics class. Participants will learn independence and practice skills on floor, beam, bars, and vault.

Stage E: Intermediate Gymnastics
6 - 13 Years
Prerequisite: Beginner Gymnastics (Stage C or D) skills passed. 

Build confidence while utilizing all of the equipment in the gymnastics center to enhance skill level. The following intermediate level skills are the focus while working on form and technique:

Floor: bridge kick over, handstand holds, round off
Bars: casting, pullover, back hip circle
Beam: handstands, turns, jumps
Vault: jump to 3/4 handstand, strong hurdle and jump

Stage F: Advanced Gymnastics
5 - 13 Years 
Prerequisite: Intermediate Gymnastics (Stage E) skills passed. 

A class that will build confidence by utilizing all of the equipment in the gymnastics center to enhance skill level. The following advanced level skills are the focus while working on form and technique:

Floor: backbend kick over, handstand forward roll, round off
Bars: pullover, back hip circle, kip, squat on dismount
Beam: side handstand dismount, connected jumps, turns
Vault: hurdle with arm circle, handstand flat back

Next Level Gymnastics – Junior Star
All the fun and skill development of the 7-week program now extended to 14 weeks! For the gymnast who really wants the extra practice and wishes to dive into the details -  welcome to Next Level Gymnastics!

Stars B/C
3 - 4 Years
Equivalent to Stage B/C. All the fun and learning of the 7 week gymnastics classes for 3 to 4 year olds extended to 14 weeks for the gymnast who wants double to fun and practice. Use your 14 weeks with the same instructor to polish moves and learn a small routine that will be performed at the conclusion of the program. 

Stars C/D
5 - 13 Years
Equivalent to Stage C/D. All the fun and learning of the 7 week gymnastics classes for 5 to 13 year olds extended to 14 weeks for the gymnast who wants double to fun and practice. Use your 14 weeks with the same instructor to polish moves and learn a small routine that will be performed at the conclusion of the program.


Stars E/F
5 - 13 Years
Equivalent to Stage C/D. All the fun and learning of the 7 week gymnastics classes for 5 to 13 year olds extended to 14 weeks for the gymnast who wants double to fun and practice. Use your 14 weeks with the same instructor to polish moves and learn a small routine that will be performed at the conclusion of the program.

Teen 
11 - 17 Years
No prerequisites. 
A perfect fit for the teen who wants to learn new skills or improve existing ones. This program will provide individualized instruction and access to all equipment. A great way to stay active and have fun with gymnastics in a more casual setting.

Pre-Team
6 - 13 Years 
Skill evaluation required. 
This program will prepare gymnasts for the competitive Gymstars program by fostering confidence and independence while working on advanced skill development with the following skills: 

Floor: back handspring, round-off rebound, extension rolls 
Bars: front hip circle, shoot through, high casting 
Beam: split jumps, mini handstands, side handstand dismounts 
Vault: handstand fall
