Gymnastics Stage B-D Try-It (ages 3-13)
One Day Classes! Give it a try to see if you like it before signing up for the full sessions! Increase skills in strength, flexibility, coordination, and more! Each stage (B-D) helps you develop skills depending on your age.

Mini Ninjas Try-It (ages 3-4)
One Day Classes! Give it a try to see if you like it before signing up for the full sessions! The focus is developing motor skills through mobility, balance, power, strength, and endurance. We want to create mind and body through fitness in a fun and safe manner. Setting and achieving goals will help boost self-confidence and self-worth.

Ninja Junior Try-It (ages 5-8)
One Day Classes! Give it a try to see if you like it before signing up for the full sessions! We focus on developing motor skills through mobility, balance, power, strength, and endurance. We want to create a strong mind and body through fitness in a fun and safe manner. By learning new obstacles, we help athletes develop a positive mindset towards themselves and others. Setting and achieving goals will help boost self-confidence and self-worth.

Youth Dance Hip Hop Clinic (ages 6-8)
One Day Clinics (longer than a regular session). High energy dance classes with current music your child can relate to. Youth dance classes foster confidence, teamwork, and healthy exercise. Hip hop class will learn fun and funky routines with individual instruction. Utilizes basic hip hop moves that are age-appropriate.

Youth Dance Poms Clinic (ages 6-8)
One Day Clinics (longer than a regular session). High energy dance classes with current music your child can relate to. Youth dance classes foster confidence, teamwork, and healthy exercise. Poms class will work on dance routines as a group, utilizing all dancers for visual effect. Poms are provided.

Gymnastics Stage E/F Clinic (ages 7-11)
One Day Clinics (longer than a regular session). Choose from Bars & Beam, Beam & Floor, Vault & Bars, or Vault & Floor. 

Gymnastics Camp (ages 7-11)
Sign up by the day or by the week! Tumble, bounce, and swim the day away in gymnastics camp. A fun-filled day for anyone who loves to be upside down! Craft and snack included. Bring a sack lunch, swim suit, and towel.

Ninja Camp (ages 5-13)
Sign up by the day or by the week! Our Ninja Warrior obstacle course training will challenge you to become stronger, more confident, and increase your body control. Bring a swimsuit, towel, and bag lunch for this fun, all day camp!


Adaptive   VIEW ADAPTIVE DATES & TIMES »

Adaptive Softball (ages 7-11)
Adaptive Softball is a 45-minute sports class where your child will learn the basics of baseball/softball such as catching, throwing, positions, and batting. 

Adaptive Hip Hop Dance (ages 6-9)
High energy dance classes with current music your child can relate to. Youth dance classes foster confidence, teamwork, and healthy exercise. Hip hop class will learn fun and funky routines with individual instruction. Utilizes basic hip hop moves that are age-appropriate and modified to accommodate a variety of disabilities.

Sensory Kickers (ages 7-10)
Recreational Soccer program for youth 7-10 years old diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other Sensory Processing Challenges. The desired outcome of the program is to provide recreational health and wellness opportunities to the children with unique needs. The participants will have the opportunities for success in areas of their physical, social, and emotional components of a team sport. The Soccer program will provide fundamental soccer skills, positions, rules of the game and experience scrimmages.

Sensory Swishers (ages 7-10)
Sensory Swishers is a recreational basketball program for youth 7-10 years old diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other Sensory Processing Challenges. The participants will have the opportunities for success in areas of the physical, social, and emotional components of a team sport. The Sensory Swishers program will provide fundamental basketball skills, positions, rules of the game and team scrimmages.


Dance   VIEW DANCE DATES & TIMES »

Child with Adult Rhythm & Movement (ages 2-3)
Get ready to boogie! Partner with your child in a variety of fun, exciting dances as you spend quality time dancing to the beat. Parent participation is one-on-one with your child.

Ballerina Princess Dance Party (ages 3-6)
A wonderful experience for your 3-6 year old to interact with like-minded princesses. Dress up as a beautiful princess, dance, spin and twirl during this fun dance party. Craft included. 

Encanto Dance Party (ages 3-6)
Join us as we explore the wonders of the Encanto soundtrack through dancing, crafting, and games. What magical powers does your child have of their own? A fun event for kids who love Encanto and moving to the beat.

Trolls Dance Party (ages 3-6)
Can't stop the feelin' to get up and dance? A fun event for kids who love Trolls and moving to the beat.

Ballet, Tap & Jazz Dance (ages 3-4)
Introduction to the art of dance focusing on the basics of ballet, tap, and jazz. Develop and enhance gross motor skills, listening skills, and positive peer interaction. Classes include fun and easy dance steps that change each session. Music and props are used to build coordination and self-esteem. The final class is an informal observation day. Tap shoes and ballet slippers required.

Learn the basic techniques and names for tap, ballet, and jazz dance steps. Emphasis is placed on proper body placement, learning steps to music, and having fun. The final class is an informal observation day. Tap shoes and ballet slippers required.

Gymnastics  VIEW GYMNASTICS DATES & TIMES »

Child with Adult Gymnastics (ages 1-2)
Explore the beginnings of gymnastics as a child with adult duo. This program is great for toddlers working on muscle coordination and confidence. Spotting techniques will also be introduced.

Gymnastics Stage B (ages 3-4)
Your child will increase in strength, flexibility, coordination, and self-confidence while they tumble, swing, and have fun. Participants will be introduced to the basics of all four gymnastics events: vault, bars, beam, and floor.

Gymnastics Stage C (ages 4-5)
Continue to develop skills as more time is spent working on technique, strength and confidence. Achieve mastery of skills like cartwheels, front support and casting, and walking on beam.

Gymnastics Stage D Beginner (ages 6-13)
Gain confidence and strength while learning basic gymnastics skills in this introductory gymnastics class. No prior experience necessary. Participants will learn independence and practice skills on floor, beam, bars, and vault.

Gymnastics Stage E Intermediate (ages 5-13) 
Prerequisite: Beginner Gymnastics skills passed.

A great class that builds confidence while utilizing all of the equipment in the gymnastics center to enhance skill level. The following intermediate level skills are the focus while working on form and technique:

  • Floor: bridge kickover, handstand holds, round off
  • Bars: casting, pullover, backhip circle
  • Beam: handstands, turns, jumps
  • Vault: jump to 3/4 handstand, strong hurdle and jump

Gymnastics Stage F Advanced (ages 5-13)
Prerequisite: Intermediate Gymnastics skills passed.

A great class that builds confidence while utilizing all of the equipment in the gymnastics center to enhance skill level. The following advanced level skills are the focus while working on form and technique:

  • Floor: backbend kickover, handstand forward roll, round off
  • Bars: pullover, back hip circle, kip, squat on dismount
  • Beam: side handstand dismount, connected jumps, turns
  • Vault: hurdle with arm circle, handstand flat back

Preschool Child with Adult Sports Medley (ages 2-3)
Help your child learn the basics of a medley of sports. Drills and activities are paired with teamwork to allow you and your child to experience sports in an age-appropriate environment. Parent participation is one-on-one with your child.

Preschool Sports Medley (ages 3-4)
Have fun with sports by learning basic sports skills in an environment that is welcoming and fun. Sport classes create a foundation for a positive lifetime sports experience and build independence for those new to formal classes.

Preschool Flag Football (ages 3-4)
Have fun with sports by learning basic sports skills in an environment that is welcoming and fun. Sport classes create a foundation for a positive lifetime sports experience and build independence for those new to formal classes.

Mini Ninja (ages 3-4)

Fundamental Flag Football (ages 5-6)
A program that offers the fundamental skills of Flag Football in a 7-on-7 format. Your child will learn positions & roles, receiving, throwing and running while building confidence, showing good sportsmanship and teamwork. Fundamental Sports run 45 minutes.

Fundamental T-Ball (ages 4-6)
Fundamental T-Ball is a 45-minute sports class where your child will learn the basics of baseball/softball such as catching, throwing, positions, and batting. This program uses soft core balls and will bat off the tee.

Fundamental Soccer (ages 4-5)
A 45-minute class where we teach the basic skills on a smaller field with fewer players while developing values of good sportsmanship, teamwork, and self esteem. We will incorporate scrimmages to put their skills into action during the session.

Recreational Flag Football (ages 7-10)
Recreational Sports work on developmental skills with more advanced curriculum in a league format. Week 1 is a team practice. Weeks 2-7 begin with a 30-minute practice followed by a 45-minute game. 

Recreational Soccer (ages 6-8)
In Recreational Soccer, we continue to work on fundamental skills and apply these skills in a game where score will be introduced but not emphasized. Recreational Sports work on developmental skills with more advanced curriculum in a league format. Week 1 is a team practice. Weeks 2-7 begin with a 30-minute practice followed by a 45-minute game.


Swim Lessons   VIEW SWIM LESSONS DATES & TIMES »  

Child with Adult Swim Lessons (ages 6 months-2 years)
Accompanied by an adult, infants and toddlers learn to be comfortable in the water and develop swim readiness skills through fun and confidence-building experiences, while parents learn about water safety, drowning prevention, and the importance of supervision. A parent or family member from the same household, at least 16 years old, is required to be in the water with the child; 1 adult maximum.

Child with Adult Swim Lessons (ages 2-4)
Students develop comfort with underwater exploration, safe ways to enter and exit the water, body position and control, and movement through the water. A parent or family member from the same household, at least 16 years old, is required to be in the water with the child; 1 adult maximum.

Preschool Swim Lessons (ages 3-5)
Students develop comfort with underwater exploration, safe ways to enter and exit the water, body position and control, and movement through the water.

Youth Stages 1-3 Swim Lessons (ages 6-13)
Students develop comfort with underwater exploration, safe ways to enter and exit the water, body position and control, movement through the water, and will be introduced to combining skills. 

Youth Stages 4-6 Swim Lessons (ages 6-13)
Students will focus on all developing all major strokes in a class designed to increase stamina, and fluency in the water. Students will learn about competitive swimming and how to continue to utilize swimming as a part of a healthy lifestyle. Must have completed Stages 1-3.

Adult Swim Lessons - Beginner/Intermediate (ages 14+)
Our adult swim lessons have an open format so that individual goals set the pace. Increase your confidence, physical fitness, and swimming ability while meeting a few other adults who are doing the same. For ages 14 & older. Class will be held in the Main Pool at the East Side or in the shallow section of the pool at the West Side.

Adult Swim Lessons - Advanced (ages 14+)
Our adult swim lessons have an open format so that individual goals will set the pace. Increase your confidence, physical fitness, and swimming ability while meeting a few other adults who are doing the same. For ages 14 & older. Participants should be comfortable swimming 50 yards continuously prior to registration in this course. Class will be held in the lap lanes.


Youth, Teen, Family   VIEW YOUTH/TEEN/FAMILY DATES & TIMES »

Crazy Crafts (ages 5-9)
Get creative with these Crazy Crafts! We will explore numerous projects such as slime making, balloon cars, stomp rockets, soap carving, and more! We'll use skills like problem solving, creativity, and imagination along the way!

Art Club (grades 6-13)
Bring out your inner designer as we work with different medias to create jewelry, textiles, and so much more. We will use skills like problem solving, creativity, and imagination along the way. Each day will bring something creative and new!

Artist Academy: Artist Passport (ages 6-13)
Take an around the world cultural adventure! Visit far off places, learn about the people who live there and try art techniques developed by local artists and artisans. From the Americas to Polynesia and everywhere in between, come discover art on a global scale!

Beginner Skateboarding (grades 6-14)
Beginner Skateboarding is a great way for your young one to help break out of their shell! It builds confidence by functioning through fear and teaching them not only the basics of skateboarding, but what they are really capable of (which is a lot!). All safety and skateboarding equipment is provided. This program is in partnership with our friends from GBASO and will take place at their facility.

Astronomy (grades 8-12)
The beauty and science of Astronomy together. We'll learn all about the planets and then recreate them in full color paper mache.

Builders Club: Building in the Garden (grades 8-12)
Help us get our garden ready for summer! We'll assemble raised beds and trellises to help our produce grow.

Cooking Club: Grilling, Marinades, and Salads (grades 8-12)
Using produce from the community garden, we will be learning how to use the grill to turn them into tasty meals.

Cool Crafts (ages 8-12)
Looking for a way to get creative? Come build some cool crafts this summer! Join us as we craft with duct tape, build a miniature catapult, and other fun stuff!

Gardening Club (ages 8-12)
Do you have a green thumb or would just like to learn how to garden? Our future gardeners will be learning of the basics of indoor and outdoor gardening through a variety of learning activities and experiences including planting a garden outside! Messy fun for all!

On My Own at Home (ages 10-12)
Participants will learn how to stay busy and safe when at home alone, how to check for safety & dangers at home, how to handle emergency situations, simple skills for first aid, and how to make small snacks that are safe to eat.

Mindful Crafts (ages 10-16)
Come find your moment of peaceful creativity while we make bath bombs, sugar scrubs, stress balls, and participate in a time of mindfulness and relaxation. We'll use skills like problem solving, creativity, and imagination along the way!

Lets Get Ready to Babysit (ages 11-13)
Our fun and fast-paced class will include scenarios and interactive activities. Our topics will consist of lessons in child development, age-appropriate play, behavior challenges & solutions, first aid & safety, handling emergencies, and communication with parents. *Please bring a lunch or dinner*
