WEST SIDE YMCA PARKING LOT CONSTRUCTION

PHASE 3 IN PROGRESS

Updated 7/25/2024:

Starting the morning of Friday, July 26th, the Greater Green Bay YMCA will open a large section of Phase 3 of the parking lot construction at the West Side YMCA, in addition to Phase 1 and Phase 2 being available for parking.

The parking lot construction is being completed through a phased approach as we aim to ensure access to our facilities throughout the construction period.

During the period of construction, the YMCA will offer alternative parking areas at the West Side Y. Please find ongoing parking lot construction updates below.

By the end of the parking lot construction, we anticipate adding 100 additional parking spots, to better serve our members and program participants at our West Side Y facility.

Above is a map identifying the phased approach. Additional parking spots are available at the Howard Commons Street Parking as well as public street parking on Howard Blvd located South of Riverview Drive.

Motorcycle Important Notice: Motorcycles must have motorcycle kickstand plates when parking in the newly surfaced parking lot areas.

WHERE TO PARK DURING PHASE 3:

Starting the morning of Friday, July 26th, parking will be available in Phase 1, Phase 2, and a large section of Phase 3. A portion of Phase 3 will remain closed, including the the Cardinal Lane entrance will remain closed at this time. Please enter the parking lot using the entrance off of Riverview drive. Please be mindful of parking in only designated parking spots.

YOUTH SPORTS:

Youth Sports will still be taking place on the back soccer fields behind the West Side Y. To get to the field, park and walk options will be available in Phase 1, Phase 2, or at the Howard Commons.
